Processing and Transit Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders may occasionally be processed during weekends, though this is not guaranteed.

  • Standard transit times generally range from 3 to 5 business days, though please allow up to 10 business days for final delivery depending on your location.

  • We do not provide delivery time guarantees. We are not liable for shipments that are delayed, lost, or mishandled by the carrier while in transit.

  • Pre-ordered items may take up to 3 weeks after the release date due to international shipping and customs clearance for foreign languages. Orders may ship sooner or later, depending on various shipping statuses.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Once a carrier marks a package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility and risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer. We are not responsible for packages that are missing, lost, or stolen following delivery confirmation.
